By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue the use of our services immediately.

1. Company Information

CGS247 reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately upon detecting prohibited activities.

5. Service Availability

While CGS247 strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability of services.
  • Error-free operation.
  • Uninterrupted network connectivity.
  • Availability of third-party carrier networks.

Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, carrier outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Regulatory Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, national, and international regulations related to telecommunications, messaging, customer communications, and data privacy.

Certain services may require additional approvals, documentation, or regulatory verification before activation.

7. Messaging Compliance

For SMS and WhatsApp-related services, customers agree to:

  • Obtain necessary user consent before sending communications.
  • Comply with anti-spam regulations and messaging policies.
  • Maintain records of customer opt-ins where required.
  • Honor customer opt-out requests promptly.

CGS247 is not responsible for penalties or liabilities resulting from customer non-compliance.

8. Billing and Payments

  • All services are subject to applicable charges and agreed pricing.
  • Invoices must be paid within the specified payment terms.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
  • Taxes, duties, and regulatory fees shall be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • CGS247 reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, service names, graphics, software, and website materials are the property of CGS247 or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any materials without prior written permission from the Company.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary, technical, financial, and business information shared during the course of service delivery.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CGS247 shall not be liable for:

The total liability of CGS247 shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the preceding billing period.

12. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless CGS247, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of services.
  • Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Breach of applicable laws or regulations.
  • Unauthorized communications or messaging activities.

13. Suspension and Termination

CGS247 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services without prior notice if:

  • The customer violates these Terms & Conditions.
  • Regulatory or legal requirements mandate suspension.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activities are detected.
  • Payments remain overdue.

Termination shall not relieve customers of any outstanding payment obligations.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

15. Force Majeure

CGS247 shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet failures, telecommunications outages, or other force majeure events.
